Instance Martial
1.
Create a vector Material “vector
parameter”
2.
Name it.
Base Color and plug it into Diffuse.

Bring in a two texture Normal and regular texture
4.
Lets bring a texture. Select a texture and right
click in the MA editior. Type
“texture sample parameter 2D” Slecet the one under Parameter.
Name it tint.

Right click and get Multiply.
Connect the Base Colours and to A And B. Connect it to the Base Color.

Lets control the metallic also. Deag off from
metallic and type “scalar Parameter”
Name it “Metallic K”.

Lets do one for roughness as well. “scalar Parameter”

Let’s bring in the Normal Map’ and create “texture
sample parameter 2D” for it.
Name it Custom Normal Texture.
Name it Custom Normal Texture.

Right Click on the Material and chose Create
Material Instance.

You get this. Instance green is little darker
than normal MA.
10. Apply the new Instance MA to an Object.

If you double click the Material in the detail Panel
you get the Instance editor.
You see all the Parameters you have created.

If you want to change the Base Colour tint to
another colour. Just check it and change it.
You can change them as you like.
